I have been taking Harmony Max for about 4 years now and can say that it has helped with hot flushes, my moods and has helped a lot with night sweats. I have recommended them to many of my friends and other women.

I couldn’t live with out Harmony Max! I have taken one table a day for a few years now and Harmony Menopause Max have kept night sweats and hot flushes at bay. If I find myself having break through sweats I take 2 tablets a day for a few weeks, then revert back to one tablet a day. This product is just the best. I couldn’t live with out it.
