Dance, Sing & Be all that you were born to be this year
As women we are taught from a very early age to give, nurture, share and care for others. We carry this throughout our lives and don’t spend enough time and energy on our own health until we experience symptoms which often go unnoticed until our internal imbalance become chronic.
Don’t you think it is time to begin to nurture your own health so you can continue caring for your loved ones with the energy, drive and good health you have every right to make yours.
What do I mean by nurturing the self – taking time to listen to what your mind and body are saying.
Do you feel exhausted? Do you need a day of rest to catch up on lost sleep? Do you need to just be still to find a new direction to feel motivated again. Your wellbeing depends on how your hormones are functioning – did you know stress, poor sleep, poor diet all take their toll and your internal armour needs effective support to ensure you are able to reach your daily health goals.
Adrenal health depends on the health of your hormones. Rushing, living with high end stress each day can derail the core of any woman. Cortisol levels cannot be reduced if we simply just focus on only one part of what makes a woman complete. She is not just a nervous system but rather a fully functioning system that is driven by the balance of how hormones live within. Fine tuning hormonal health is the key to feeling restored and energized from within.
It is important to remember that every aspect of your life influences your state of wellbeing. It is not just one area of your life but rather a whole myriad of experiences that can add to your wellness throughout the year.
- Networking with close friends
- Daily exercise
- A healthy diet
- Sufficient sleep
- Regular rest
- Enjoyable & fulfilling career
- Happy intimate relationship with partner
- Staying hydrated
- Healthy self esteem
- Setting realistic goals
- Embracing an optimistic outlook
- Sharing your beliefs with family and friends
- The ability to adapt to change
- Regular time out to find your rhythm…
It is important to note that wealth cannot fast track happiness or good health but rather that one must find a sense of happiness by discovering ways to best support the mind and body balance. Only when the mind and body relationship is respected can true wellbeing become part of every woman’s life.
With our fast paced life, it is no wonder we are hearing so many women developing chronic health imbalances that are leaving them exhausted with low mood preventing them from enjoying every day with the stamina that they deserve. Your wellness jigsaw puzzle can be improved by keeping your health strong and this means looking after your hormones which are responsible for your mind and body balance.
This year ask yourself these 4 questions –
- Do I need more energy?
- Do I need a happier mood?
- Do I need to lose a few kilos to get my health back on track?
- Do I need to have better sleep every night?
If you answered yes to 1 or more of these questions then you may need to create a stronger hormonal platform for yourself to kick start your health as of today.
Everything you do today matters to the woman you will become 1 month, in 1 year, in 5 year’s time, in 10 year’s time,
I am so pleased I have taken charge of my hormones and my cellular health and can now live the life I was born to live…
